Circuit Training
All round fitness for everyone at their own pace
A total mix up of hi/low impact cardiovascular stations, amongst toning exercises and it allows individuals to workout at their own pace and more importantly have some fun.
This class is suitable for those people who are just beginning circuits work as well as experienced circuit trainers.
Hugely popular, this class is a great way to meet people whilst getting a varied workout.
Fitball Class 
A personal favourite of mine - you will notice the difference!
This class revives the space hopper as a piece of fitness kit, an ideal way to improve body awareness, posture and balance, A one hour slot which allows us to exercise all parts of our body - plenty of laughter in this class, we use the big swiss Ball to target core muscles in a great strength endurance workout - amazing fun. It includes a variety of general toning exercises! All levels welcome.
Beginners Running Course - a chance to exercise outside
If you ever wanted to start running this could be the course for you. This course is aimed at total beginners - it has been designed for people who have done little or no exercise since leaving school, getting married or starting work. It is therefore kept to a minimum level and will turn walkers into runners. At the end of it you will be able to run 2-3 miles. This course is fun and gets you fit - Absolute beginners can be assured they will be treated gently. Changing Facilities and toilets will be available at our meeting point.
Lite n Easy
If you're a more mature exerciser, a total beginner or out of shape and you want to start exercising but don't know where to begin, this may be the class for you.
This friendly and welcoming exercise class is aimed at improving general fitness levels as well as flexibility, mobility and co-ordination.
Stop for a chat and a cup of tea after.
