Group Personal Training

 

I offer small personable group training sessions for anyone wanting to exercise and get fitter.. No matter what your ages or abilites  I can offer you a flexible training programme that will help you achieve your personal goals.

 

 

From gym based sessions, outdoor sessions in the open air to  kettlercise sessions I can tailor a plan to suit your needs.An hour of group fitness training will give you results and you will have fun getting them.

 

Train with friends, Colleaques or your Team

Training with your freinds in a group is a great way to get fitter and leaner. You will benefit from increased motivation, gain confidence, train harder and of course build team spirit. The routine will be varied and all sessions are friendly and together you will achieve your goals.

i can cover all factors of health and fitness needs from weight loss & general fitness to sports performance & muscle strengthening. I work with all ages and abilities.

 

After initial assessments (body fat percentage, blood pressure, fitness testing where required) an exercise programme that meets your requirements will be constructed. During the group sessions you will be taught the correct techniques to safely and efficiently set us on the road to achieving your goals.
